updated review- these really are awesome
Changing my 1 star review because of lack of communication to 4 stars. Finally, after 3.5 months, I got my insoles in! And they are WONDERFUL! I am truly a believer! If the customer service had been understanding and a little more caring (about the long ship times and virtually zero communication about increased demand that caused the lond wait), then I would have given them 5 stars. Definitely could improve on customer relations! Otherwise, I am a huge fan of these and will definitely be ordering more, with the knowledge that they make take over 1/4 of a year to get to me.

Once I received my inserts I have been pleased. There seemed to be multiple delays before receiving them. Otherwise I have been pleased.

Mary was helpful, but the website less so - for gifts.
Mary was as helpful as she could be. However, the website is not set up for gifts, which was quite confusing. I also had questions (and still do) about the difference between getting two kits vs. getting more than one orthotic from each kit.

Thank you! When we receive valuable feedback like yours, we consider it when updating our website, which we often do. If the order is for the same person, only one impression kit is needed. Whether the order is for 2 or 3 pairs, as long as the orthotics are for the same person, only one impression is needed. Furthermore, we keep all impressions on file for 5 years, making reordering easy and convenient without having to go through the process of making an impression again. If the order is for more than one person, an impression kit will be needed for each person on the order. In addition, our website has a field asking you if the pair on the order is for you or a different person. If it is for a different individual, the questionnaire will ask all the same questions again. Great value for inserts
Great chat, appears to be good product. Great 180-day money back guarantee! Upload of pictures at the end re my current shoes was a little challenging, as I couldn't decide what shoes I was going to insert them in. Plus I have 75+ variety of shoes! And they won't work with sandals :-(
