Great customer service
I ordered another pair of orthotics from Upstep because the other 2 I bought were great. But I was sent a text asking me to do the whole process of uploading pictures of my shoes etc. again. So I reached out to the chat room , and Mary immediately took care of the issue for me. She took care of it quickly & efficiently.. She was amazing. Thank you Mary. 😊

It's a very easy process to get custom…
It's a very easy process to get custom orthotics. They are great quality. It also helps so much to be able to use my HSA account.
