I ordered my orthotics online and was immediately contacted online by Samantha Burke. She was very helpful. Went over my entire order and was able to add additional information to my order describing my current foot issues and pain that I didn't include when I ordered them. I expect a product like this would take a few months. She typed it should be around 30 business days, which will likely be a little more considering the holidays are upon us.
