It took over two months for the orthotics to arrive which I found to be excessive. However, they make a huge difference in my life so I guess it was worth waiting for!

While the ordering process is not complicated, it is definitely not one click. I can appreciate the opportunity to modify the order but find the necessity of repeating information bothersome. I am impressed with the quality of the product which is why I am reordering additional pairs.

Thank you for returning. As you know our orthotics are 100% custom! How confident would one be if it were a one-click ordering process. Impossible, unless it was an "off the shelf" product. We prefer to be very thorough and detailed to provide our customers with a truly authentic custom product and experience. Thank you for your loyalty!

I can only comment on the first part of process. I answered the questions, got my impression box, and sent it back. The inserts ate yet to be the decidinf factor.

The price was right. It took quite awhile, about 7-8 weeks to get the orthotics for my shoes, but I do have high arches and problems with my feet. I have only had them in my shoes for two days, so not enough experience with them yet. However, it was a noticeable improvement in comfort and stability. I believe these are much better than any store bought orthotics. That is why I ordered another pair.
