Upstep customer service chat employee…
Upstep customer service chat employee was very quick to help me understand my order and the order process. not just some chatbot, but a live human being. I think it was someone named Kassie .... great service. I took off one star because the company is delayed and will take 6 weeks to ship out my order

delayed order
Even though my order has taken much longer that I feel that it should, the customer service chat person Kasie was very helpful and worked to expedite my order. Hopefully I will actually get my inserts soon.

Everyday and Athletic Insoles
I ordered 3 orthotics, 2 everyday and 1 athletic hiking December 5 and received them all February 3rd. This was later than the estimated time. After using the orthotics for about a month I am very happy with the everyday orthotics. The hiking and athletic orthotics were causing some pain in one foot and slipping in the other. Upstep is remaking them at no cost. No problem with customer service doing the remake. I have used orthotics for an orthopedist and these are inline with the quality and the price is more affordable. I would recommend the everyday orthotics with the understanding it can take a long time to get your insoles and that the company will stand behind the product.
