Clearly, they are knowledgeable and dedicated.
Even after getting the order they asked a lot of questions, even wanting to see pics of the shoes and insoles I have now. Clearly, they are knowledgeable and dedicated. Makes me feel good that my insoles will truly be customized to my needs. I look forward to getting the insoles.

I haven't bought the insoles yet but I will!
I haven't bought the insoles yet. But I will, based on my online exchange with Kasie at Upstep.com. She made me feel comfortable with taking a rather expensive leap of faith by answering my questions and providing guidance that one of those frustrating bots never could.

Customer service is great!
Just want to say that even though the insoles have not worked out for me. Mary and the rest of the customer service team have been very quick to respond, and just awesome. Very good customer service
