Still waiting to hear from customer service rep regarding my refund. The initial response was great, but it’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard anything from the rep. The cost is expensive. I hope they will refund soon

The process is a bit lengthy, but the product seems well designed/customized from the mold. The only problem I have, is that the insoles ONLY fit in one pair of hiking shoes I have. In all my other shoes (athletic, dress, even boots) the insoles raise my feet too much (yes, I removed the original insoles) to where my heel slips out, or where there is too much pressure on the top of my foot due to the height of the insole. Unfortunately, I can’t wear hiking shoes to work or even to the gym since they are not practical for that.

The shape of the insoles was good but the material makes my feet hot and swelling occurs. The liner came off at the heal too.

These are good orthotics but the squeak in every pair of shoes I put them in. I think it from the plastic on the bottom, unlike others that I've had that have leather/dense cushioning. Not sure if the plastic makes them anymore durable.

The service was fantastic, nice and easy and the people on the phone were very helpful. However the product of self is already beginning to deteriorate with any year. They heal fabric is beginning to tear, But they still seem to be doing an OK job.
