Well-fitting, durable orthotics. Minor confusing when ordering a new pair.
Last year, I ordered custom orthotics and used the impression kit. The orthotics are great and have held up well. Today, I ordered a new pair of orthotics based on the original impressions, but at the end of my order, the web site says they are sending me a new impression kit, which was confusing. In reality, they are not sending a new impression kit but I had to contact customer support to confirm that.

Once the order is placed, you will be recognized by your email address, and you will NOT be receiving a new impression kit.I took a look at your order placed on the 17th of September and it will be going into design shortly.
