Over 2 months and still waiting for my…
Updated got my insoles and love it, takes around 2 months to get them but you wont regret!

Impressive start - positive feedback
I got a call a few minutes after I requested the info and from there they made the process very easy so far. They explained the process step by step and support you all the way. I have not received the orthotics yet as the process just started, but I am confident everything will go as planned and I will be satisfied.

I absolutley LOVE my upsteps
I absolutley LOVE my upsteps! Today is the first day I wore them to the gym. I wasnt fighting foot pain along with workout fatigue for the first time ever. The process is quick and easy! I will say though from start to finish it took close to 2 months. In fairness, thats how long ive waited in the past though from a podiatrist to make me orthotics. You have to remember they are custom for you. So thats going to take time. However i highly recommend these.
