I cannot review adequately yet because…
I cannot review adequately yet because I have not received anything. I do think there should be more questions about what is the problem that I am having and why I would like orthotics. And also some insight as to once we get them how to use them.

All feedback is taken into consideration. We created a field on our website during the ordering process that lets you write in your own words why you need orthotics and anything else you wish to share with our designers regarding your need for orthotics.

Hi Bruce! Thank you for your feedback. I see what happened. You had 3 pairs of orthotics in your cart. You needed to reduce the quantity in your cart before checkout. Since that did not happen, our team sent you an email today asking if you would like us to reimburse you for 1 or 2 pairs. Thank you!!

I'll give a better rating after I receive the orthotics. As for ordering, it would be nice if it said upfront that you wanted a picture of my shoes - so now I need to take a picture and upload it to my computer? (& which shoes? I have numerous pairs for inside and outside use). . . . .

Easy ordering process - Not so for ordering additional orthotic
Easy ordering process. Difficulties arose when opting to take the extra orthotic for an additional cost. The system forced me to re-enter info and I think I have been double billed that now needs to be addressed. Order entry process issues.

Hello Mark, our ordering system is very thorough, and we need the entire questionnaire to be filled out. When ordering a 2nd pair, some questions need to be addressed that were not prevalent to the first pair. The second pair may be for another household member or a gift. We would not know it is for you unless the questionnaire is completed. Thank you.
