I had a ticket that I did not respond to for a year or 2. We picked up right where I left off and the team took great care of me. Prompt responses and feedback was especially great.

Mary, in Customer Service, did a fantastic job of correcting a problem with my order. I did not expect her to respond so quickly, but she addressed all of my questions and concerns and corrected the problem in about an hour. And she explained everything clearly in multiple emails that we sent back and forth. Thank you Mary!!!

First off, it was really nice getting a person and not a bot just pointing me to FAQs. Kasie was friendly, prompt in her replies, and was able to fix my problem straight away. It was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I've had in a while. She certainly made me more likely to use Upstep again in the future.

Kasie helped me to get a new order sent. She was quick and helpful - excellent customer service. But, I was annoyed that no-one had reached out when my order couldn't be delivered 10 days earlier.
