Upstep Custom OrthoticsReviews of upstep.com

Mary was attentive and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate her assistance with selecting the correct orthotic.

Prompt response time. Beyond expectations for resolving an issue. Will recommend to others.

Great Company. Highly recommended! They stand behind their product 100 percent! I had severe plantar fasciitis. Their orthotics got me through this horrible foot ailment and now I am fully active. I have been using their products for several years now. Great deals and great service! These also took away my arch, knee and hip pains. I am a physical education teach and I am very active. These hold under extreme conditions! Carl M

MARY is an awesome rep, she was polite, funny and knowledgeable. She knew the product I needed right away and guided me through the quiz and next steps. She also gave me a promo code - savings, wohoo! The best part about MARY is I got disconnected from the chat several times and she re-engaged with me every time, with humor and patience. Let's get this NC girl a raise! :D

I just bought a new pair of shoes and since I hadn't yet received my insoles from my original order yet, I was interested in adding an additional pair for these new shoes. Mary responded to my query about adding on another pair of inserts to my existing order. She was very helpful in making sure I placed the additional order correctly and even provided a coupon code to let me take advantage of the offer to add another pair of insoles with my order. All in all, she made the process very smooth, and I felt comfortable that everything was in good hands! Thanks again Mary!!!

It was fast and easy. Mary helped me. Unfortunately I am returning the orthotics, but the help on the return was excellent.
