Upstep Custom OrthoticsReviews of upstep.com

Good job, Good job, Good job.

MARY was very helpful in answering my questions about the orthotics. She was prompt, courteous and very professional in her reply.

First, I was super surprized that the chat box was answered my an actual human! It is usually a chatbot that asks the same questions over and over and the issue doesn't get resolved. Mary was very pleasant and resolved my issue in less than a minute! It was perfect!

The rep was quick to respond and was proving clear directions in what the next steps need to be.

After I placed my order, a representative called to make sure I had ordered correctly. When I discovered the product did not address my needs, I asked to cancel, and received a prompt response and refund.

Quick response to my email. Great customer support and service.

Kasie understood the issue and worked to resolve it.
