Great service from Mary

I had an excellent experience with Mary from Upstep, and I am thrilled to share it! I was struggling to decide which shoe soles would be the best fit for my needs, and Mary provided exceptional guidance. Her knowledge and patience helped me navigate the options, and I truly felt confident that I was making the right choice. Without her help, I would have likely chosen the wrong soles. Mary was incredibly reassuring, explaining the 180-day guarantee for exchange or return, which eased my worries about making the wrong choice. Her professionalism and customer care were outstanding, and I am hopeful that these soles will work perfectly for me. Thank you, Mary, for your invaluable assistance! Now to wait to see if they work!
