I tried to use the offer of $75 for a second pair, and it sent me back through the whole loop. In the end, the second order never happened. Very shoddy experience. The health questionnaire, however, worked wonderfully.

I paid / ordered on Sept 14th. The molds came quickly, and I immediately ship them. On Oct 11 I get an email that says the orthotics are being made…. Now it’s Nov. 2 and I haven’t received anything! Their website clearly states it takes nine days to create process and ship the orthotics. When I emailed (after 3 weeks of waiting) they just said oh there’s a delay it could another 10-18 business days! I feel totally scammed. At this point I’m just hoping to get anything. So frustrating!!

I should have read all of the reviews before I purchased these inserts. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to hear from Upstep. I have paid for these inserts but have not received them. Customer service does not respond to my inquiries. Please everyone do not use this company!!

Upstep has great customer service and they tried to make things right. But unfortunately, I couldn’t find a fit for myself (after two tries) and missed my window for the 100% guarantee.

Well I wanted to buy them and saw them on Facebook and was getting ready to check out. I was about to put in my shipping address and credit card info and bam!!!! The insoles were higher that what was advertised. Noticed they automatically put in a coupon code, so I tried to remove that coupon code and put in the code that was advertised on Facebook… nope won’t let me change it. I learned a long time ago when you have meh customer experience during the purchase… you will have a nightmare when it comes to customer support. I I’ll go and see my podiatrist. Next!!

I purchased 2 pairs of orthotics from Upstep recently with one pair being a good fit and the second pair not a good fit at all. I have called Upstep customer service twice and have emailed them twice with this problem to try to get my second pair of orhtotics redone or exchanged; all my attempts at getting this issue resolved have been largely ignored by Upstep. They seem to practice false advertisement.

They are okay. I expected more, especially because they cost so much. My right one feels great, but my left one is painful and pushes my foot towards the outside. I just stopped wearing them. Too late to get a refund.

My insoles are sitting in the closest as they were the most uncomfortable things I'd ever tried. I had to go back to the other my podiatrist recommended that have changeable lifts. Over priced.
