Steven Mercer was extremely prepared, on time, patient with questions, and very diplomatic in his responses even when I was off-base. His supplemental information to the class was highly useful in smoothing knowledge gaps. Constructively, there were parts that went too quickly and at times you could tell he was rushing. That may have been because Q&A was throughout the class vs at the end. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to complete their requirements.

Stephen Mercer was excellent. The definition of above and beyond. His supplemental materials were *necessary* to understand the course work. That said, the material is not well organized. It was obviously put together by people who know the material so well that they have forgotten what it is like to not know the material. Acronyms are used without explanation, terms are introduced in test questions, the ECO is referred to but the material is not organized accordingly, instead it seems scattershot relative to the stated testing sections. I strongly suggest that the material be reviewed by an outside curriculum expert for coherence, sequence, and effectiveness. It also needs to be proofread. There were also technical (sound) issues with the GoTo video conferencing program. I appreciate the thoroughness of the materials given, the sheer quantity is amazing.
