This was a great introduction for what to expect on the PMP certification. Resources and templates were provided to assist future projects.

My experience with Upskills was great
My experience with Upskills was great. They were always quick to respond to my questions and gave me all the information I needed. The instructor was very knowledgeable, however, I wish there was more coordination in the documents we were provided and what he was going over. Also, not sure if it would make more sense to categorize the training all about Agile, and then all about Predictive, instead of all mixed together. Either way, thank you!

Stephen Mercer is a wonderful…
Stephen Mercer is a wonderful instructor. There is a lot of information that he goes over, but with his expertise and added material I feel confident that I am going to pass the exam on my first go around. I will of course apply the study techniques he suggested at the beginning of the course. Thank you very much Stephen for your time and knowledge. I will let you know when I have passed the exam.

INSTRUCTOR KILLED IT
These virtual courses are all about the instructor. Ask for Stephen Mercer, this will make the difference in whether or not you pass the certification test. Upskills was excellent in their approach, and their follow-up, but Stephen takes it from excellent to stellar. DO NOT MISS THIS INSTRUCTOR, ASK FOR HIM. One piece of constructive criticism: the sessions were characterized (and paid for) as 8-hour slots each day, for a total of 32 hours. NONE of the sessions lasted that long. I'm happy they didn't, but if they are not going to be 8 hours you should charge less.

Stephen Mercer is an instructor every student could hope to have! He was very detailed and thorough while teaching the PMP training course. I also appreciate all of the additional documentation he provided.
