I loved taking professor Monica Muzina's course, and sharing her PMO experiences.

Monica was a great instructor! It was a good mixture of test questions and content breakdown. She really listened to feedback from her students and provided personal antidotes to help relate the content. She is a real project manager and understood the PMI way vs real world applications. I appreciate her effort to help her students to succeed actively.

Excellent virtual training experience! My instructor was Stephen Mercer. The curriculum was robust, well organized, and highly impactful for certification prep. Instructor Mercer did a great job using adult learning techniques to keep the class engaged. Though it was fast pace, he always welcomed and paused for our questions. He set appropriate breaks, break out room discussions, add class discussions. Instructor Mercer shared practical tactics, best practices and real world scenarios that connected to the material. I recommend this training for anyone preparing for the CAPM and PMP.

I did the online instructor-led PMP prep course with Stephen Mercer, and it was very engaging, interesting, and filled with real world experience that kept you paying attention. The questions were great, and he did a really good job at explaining the answers. I would highly recommend taking the course with Stephen. I think that UpSkills could benefit from releasing the instructors information and resume before enrollment.

Stephen Mercer facilitated my PMP Training during the week of May 15th. I was the only student in my class. Stephen was thorough in his delivery, he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and will definitely be a trusted resource for my studies and continued education. I enrolled for the April weekend review as this was my only availability. I was assured that I would be in the April weekends intake in an in-person class settings, in fact I made sure this was clear in my email communications. So after confirming this would be the case, I was sent an email link for payment, which I did pay on time, only to be told a day before the class start that the classes would be cancelled due to the child delivery of the instructor’s wife! I mean, isn’t it too lame? Didn’t they know when the instructor would be “on leave”? Despite many repeated insurance of training on April weekends? Seriously? The sad part is when I requested for a refund, I was given lame excuses that the refund is out on priority, yet to date, none refunded. Unbelievable service. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone at all
