UPSReviews of ups.us

I guess there is no point to leave a review when UPS is actually sitting on 1.4/5 and still feels comfortable. It is a company almost always off in its delivery date. You can’t schedule anything that will depend on UPS. I wish I have an option to choose my shipping company when I shop for goods. In my experience every UPS delivery is rescheduled to the next day and UPS always sends the notification late in the evening after wasting your time the whole day. Now I have learned my lesson the hard way and I will plan a plus one day on UPS’s delivery day.

An impossible site to navigate, constantly rejects addresses, I'm trying to retrieve lost and found property from an airport who insists on ups. I'm going to have to give up. Total useless joke, fire the people who designed this site please..

Genuinely wished they'd update the website to say "you'll get it when we feel like it". There's no real reason why you're giving 3-4 hour delivery windows just to, not only, miss the delivery window but also deliver it right at the end of the listed time. I sat and watched a driver who was less that 5 mins from my take the full allotted delivery window and still fail to deliver my package. At that point I could've drove to him and got my package myself. I don't know what the problem is but I wish this company would shut down and stop. Let us pick up our packages at a designated facility because this clearly isn't working.

UPS is trash! Never had a problem with them until recently. They have damaged my package and still denied my claim! They even stole something out from my package and marked it as damaged! I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN!!

Just wanted to share an experience with a company and implore everyone I know and another who can hear me to never use UPS! Sorry for the long read: On Wednesday of last week at about 11:00 am a customer of mine had a very large check for me that had to get paid out from me on Friday to vendors. They are in Tom’s River NJ. Fed Ex could not get it from them in time but UPS guaranteed they could pick it up by 1:00 that day and have it delivered to me by 8:00 the next morning. I was completely jammed Wednesday and Thursday, otherwise I’d have driven to NJ and picked it up. We printed a label at our office from the UPS website and sent it to my customer. My customer sent me a snapshot picture of the UPS driver picking the check up at 12:44 Wednesday, so I felt confident I’d have it the next morning. 8:00 am Thursday came and went, as did each hour of the day. When I checked the UPS tracking it said it was waiting to be picked up. Called UPS help, spoke to several people, none would divulge a real name or employee number, including supervisors who told me it wasn’t picked up, and there was a problem with the label we made that it said it was to be picked up at our office in Huntington Station, NY and delivered to Huntington Station, NY. I had a copy of the printout showing Tom’s River NJ but they refused to believe me. They then said since I arranged the delivery via a 3rd party website they couldn’t guarantee anything was correct, but I had the paperwork showing I used UPS.com, the direct site. I confirmed again with my customer and they said it absolutely was picked up and sent me a picture again of the UPS driver with the envelope in hand (they have cameras all over their offices). That evening the UPS tracking said it was picked up at the Tom’s River office at 7:00 pm, (the office closes at 5, so another lie), was scanned in and arriving at their Philadelphia facility, (Philadelphia is much further in the opposite direction from New York). It then said an hour later it was delayed due to aircraft trouble but should be by me by 8:00 am Friday. Friday morning came & went, the tracking website said my package was arriving in Kentucky. UPS supervisor and then his boss, a supposed area manager, again who absolutely promised it was not in Kentucky but was still in Philadelphia, claiming he checked with a supervisor there and they physically had it but aircraft delays were still happening. Still no idea when I’d be getting it. All day yesterday it still said on their tracking that my package was in Kentucky and this morning it was scanned in at Jamaica and then 2 hours later at Farmingdale, 5 min from my office. Will I get it tomorrow? Will it be in San Diego instead? Who knows. What bothers me the most is the complete lies and incompetence. I wonder if there is still a check in my envelope since it was completely missing for 30 hours before UPS knew they had it! I was told however not to worry, they would refund my overnight fee, (not the base delivery fee) Please, use the USPS, Fed Ex or carrier pigeon, but never UPS!

Absolutely without a doubt UPS is the worst delivery option in the US. Awful company, no customer help options, they don’t allow you to pick up from the terminal anymore (even FED EX allows this), they’re late 97% of the time. Never again if I can help it. The worst.

My package was misdelivered by UPS to an incorrect address. Because of the delivery error, the recipient at that location rightfully refused my package. Consequently, UPS immediately initiated a return-to-sender process, bypassing my default UPS My Choice pickup point preference. I contacted UPS support to request a redelivery or redirection while the package was still in their possession; however, they informed me that only the shipper can authorize an intercept or redirection once a package has entered the return pipeline. This does not make any sense. Because of an error on their part, I must wait for this process to play out and may incur additional delivery fees.

Worst delivery company. In fact I would not actually call it a delivery company - potentially at best an inefficient local post office service (at best). The services they advertise are a scam. They do not honor any of the dates or services they advertise. Use any other company. I wish this was just one occasion but it is the same every time we have used UPS. If they were a start up or smaller company they would have been shut down as fraudulent with false advertising. DO NOT USE.
