UpplaiReviews of uppl.ai

Upplai worked great for tailoring my generic resume to specialized jobs for both engineering management and individual contributor roles. Even within those roles, there were data engineering and AI engineering job profiles that I had relevant backgrounds in. Even within AI, there were roles at the application layer for building multi-agent systems as well as roles at the ML systems layer with inference optimization. I had a catch all generic resume which I fed to upplai and it was able to customize it to these various roles so that I minimized manual toil. I would highly recommend Upplai to anyone in similar situations.

Upplai was a lifesaver—it showed me what to prioritize, what to cut, and how to format it so recruiters get the point immediately. I loved how transparent it was; every edit came with a reason, and if I didn't like a change, I could undo it with one click!

It was very simple to work with to be honest. It is exactly what I wanted in a reasonable price. Just drop your resume, paste the job description— get your score and tailored resume. It was that simple! Using Upplai is much faster than using ChatGPT to tailor my resume. When I get the result from ChatGPT or Gemini, I still have to copy and paste it and fix the structure and formatting. With Upplai, it’s already formatted, and ready to submit!!

I like this experience, I tried to see how powrfull and I found it worth.

Upplai is hands down one of the best tools I've used—it has gotten me more interviews than any other tool, including the resume that helped me land a position at Deloitte. I now use it for every single application I put in because it is so fast and intuitive; it took me less than 10 minutes to figure out exactly how to get my resume in line with a job description. What I find most helpful and insightful is having the recruiter score right next to the ATS score—it gives you a real idea of what to expect and whether your application is actually going to land. Unlike other free builders that don't structure things correctly, Upplai finds all the things that should be there and helps you tailor them perfectly to get past the AI screening. I also really appreciate that it is not a monthly subscription; being able to just buy credits as I need them is a huge plus. I've already recommended Upplai to friends in the job search because for any new job description, this is now a permanent part of my rotation. It's a 10 out of 10 for me.

Job hunting today is exhausting. It feels like an unpaid full-time job of endless scrolling, rewriting your resume, and getting ghosted. Upplai completely flipped the script for me by cutting out all that noise. What used to take me hours of tedious tweaking now takes minutes, giving me my family time back and totally saving my sanity. The best part? It actually works. My interview rate skyrocketed, and I went from sending applications into a black hole to having real, high-quality conversations with recruiters. If you’re tired of applying blind and want to protect your time, Upplai is a total no-brainer. 10/10.

After not updating or needing my resume for many years. It was time to get back into the job market, but the game had changed. People we applying to the same positions as me right and left and AI resumes were everywhere. It was key to craft a well written resume and highlight all the important achievements I had made over the years that were specific to each job I would be applying to. Upplai made that whole process so much easier. It allowed me to modernize my resume so that the bots and HR managers that would eventually read it could gather context quickly. It allowed me to tailor my resume to the position, offering me scores for how I would stack up to the job positing and provided suggestions for areas in my experience to highlight. Overall it made that whole process less daunting and far easier to help craft the right resume for the job.

As an Enterprise SaaS sales executive, my resume is full of metrics, quota attainment, deal sizes, pipeline numbers. But knowing your numbers and knowing how to present them on a resume are two different things. Upplai helped me reframe my achievements in language that hiring managers actually respond to. What I didn't expect was how transparent the process would be. Every change was highlighted with a clear explanation of why it was made, and I could approve or reject each one. My numbers are my numbers, and I wasn't about to let any tool misrepresent them. With Upplai, I didn't have to.
