UpplaiReviews of uppl.ai

The job hunt can be grueling - personalizing resumes for every job, slight differences in job scope, matching language to get through the non-humans so someone will even look at it with a more personal eye. Everything seems SO crucial and all we're asking for is a shot. Upplai is the system I wish everyone knew about. It cuts that whole process of personalizing and optimizing your resume down from what used to take me 1-2 hours per job to less than 15 mins after I got my base resume loaded in and tweaked some settings. Other services I tried hallucinated a LOT just making up bullet points that might sound great when applying for a job, but they were not true of ME. Uppl.ai gave me accurate bullets based on what I already had on my resume, rationale for why it suggested what it did, and I LOVED the simple click-approve button for recommended changes. 1 click and that suggested change was then updated - my resume was still ME. Also the ATS and human-review scores Uppl.ai provides for my uploaded resume made it so easy to get some estimate of my likelihood of getting a call. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've told all my friends about it. It delivers exactly what it claims and has saved me days of work at this point (at least.) If you are or know a job-seeker, use your valuable time on this tool - it will absolutely benefit you. Ps. It should not go unsaid that this tech is a *brilliant* example of making AI work for us rather replacing our hard work. Uppl.ai uses AI to support ME in representing MYSELF the best way I can - and I have total control.

I had been using a generic resume and was disappointed when I barely heard back. Upon using Upplai, I realized my resume would barely pass through ATS. Now, catering resumes to each role has become a breeze and I’ve already seen a massive impact in my 6 weeks of using it!

Upplai is an impressive tool for job seekers looking to gain an edge in their job applications. It offers a seamless experience—no need to create a separate account since you can log in directly using your Google or LinkedIn credentials. The platform provides great flexibility. You can upload, bookmark, or paste your resume in various formats and simply enter the job specification to get an instant match and score, all at no cost. Upplai evaluates your resume with an ATS score and indicates the likelihood of passing through the Applicant Tracking System—categorized as low, medium, or high. It even provides a follow-up score that reflects how a recruiter or hiring manager might evaluate your resume. The tool goes further by analyzing “must-have” and “nice-to-have” job requirements, highlighting exactly where your resume meets or misses them. It also identifies keywords from the job description that appear or are missing in your resume. This level of feedback helps job seekers fine-tune their resumes effectively to improve visibility and increase interview opportunities. Additionally, Upplai can generate tailored resumes and cover letters for specific roles. In short, it’s a highly valuable resource for anyone serious about improving their chances of getting noticed, saving time, and applying with confidence. Upplai is so easy to use! I was able to create personalized resumes for each role that I applied to and easily edit/ tweak them without any impact to the overall formatting. I was also able to reuse some of the resumes for similar roles. Because I mostly work of off an IPad Pro, Upplai made a big difference in my job hunt experience- which I’m happy to say is over!
