Steer clear of this remarkably inept company. A dishwasher leak repair was quoted over the phone as $110 for diagnosis only or $145-185 if a repair is made same day with no parts needed. The technician arrived and immediately dissembled parts of the dishwasher unrelated to the leak including the door, electronics, and kick plate. Eventually he tightened a hose clamp claiming that was the issue. I couldn’t observe any water leaking from there. It then took him over an hour to reassemble everything (which was done incorrectly at first). Finally, he asked for over $400 for this visit plus an additional $110 to replace the float on a leak sensor on a subsequent visit. Find a reputable company and use them instead.

I wish I could give zero stars. I told them I had a fan issue. My freezer was fine but the cold air wasn’t getting to the fridge. They charged my Freon and did something to drain plug. Said it was fixed 580.00 but if not they would come back and change the fan. I had to call them to come back. They charged another 100.00 had I known 700.00 I would have bought a new fridge. They are not honest. Please let my lesson not be yours.

BEWARE!!! This company is unethical, argumentative, deceptive and hostile. I requested a technician to look at my EquipChef freezer, he showed up late, looked at it for less than 10 minutes and determined the compressor was out. I watched him and he did not even check it. He then proceeded to tell me that a replacement compressor would be $1,800.00. I had already suspected the compressor and checked the pricing and they are less than $1.800.00. Told him thanks but no thanks and to just send me the invoice. He stood in my driveway getting irate and demanding that i pay him right there. He refused to leave my property actually following me to my front door trying to shove his phone in my face!! His office started calling and becoming absolutely belligerent and threatening to point i called the police to intervene. All i asked for was the invoice and these people came unhinged. This experience was so frustrating i certainly fired back at the person that kept calling over and over and over!!! When i finally did get the invoice, I could not pay it because this idiot kept calling my phone every second threating that he would "teach me how to treat people" and that i would be sorry!!! This is no way to run a business dealing with people and frankly my opinion is that they should not be allowed to operate with this type of aggressive and threatening demeanor. By the way this was all over $99.00. I would hate to see what they are like if someone actually owed them real money!!! BEWARE!!!! These unhinged people ARE out there!!!!

There is something wrong with this company. They don't follow up. They're very late for appointments and then cancel. I gave them a second chance and now I'm reading they overcharge and people have experienced the same thing. i cannot attest to whether they can fix my appliance. I'm not waiting around a 3rd time to find out.

ad for Upper Appliance based in Texas promised same-day service on a broken refrigerator. Tech showed up late, spoke poor English, misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged me. Tech was impossible to contact for the next week. Contacted GE appliances who correctly diagnosed the problem and charged me 1/3 as much

Technician Anvar Hamidov was very unprofessional and very over priced. 1st they quoted me 110 for diagnosis and then when he came to the apartment he fixed a small part and over charged. He refused to give a break down of the labor cost or the part. He refused to leave the property until he got paid and as he waited as I attempted to pay him via Zelle, he took out the new part after he installed. Extremely unprofessional and over priced, and disrespectful. I do not recommend this business.

Stay clear of this company. Repairman barely spoke english so there was a language barrer. He was to repair a Whirlpool washer. After 10 minutes of diagnosing it, the cost exceeded a new replacement. He tried to justify that a new washer would be much more than that. I paid the service fee and sent him packing.
