Hey Vlad, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. As we’ve explained via email, we don't offer refunds on subscription payments as per our terms and conditions. We've reviewed the product you were not happy about and confirmed with you that it's an editable source file that matches the description and the preview on the website, thus your claim about a PNG file is not correct. As far as the designs go, our team is always happy to look into any sellers who are advertising false products when users report this. But this wasn’t your case, we didn’t receive any reports from you prior. Thanks for understanding.

Hey Arun! We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We let the users know during the unsubscription process that the moment they unsubscribe, they will lose immediate access to Premium. As per our terms and conditions which are available at all times on our website, we don't offer refunds on subscription payments, unfortunately, We did offer to restart your subscription until the end of the original subscription period. Also, to clarify, we do specifically inform subscribers during the subscription process that they are purchasing is renewed with automatic recurring payments. But thank you for your feedback, we'll be happy to take it into consideration and see how we can improve our subscription alert system!

We did offer to cancel your subscription immediately and ensure that you'd keep your Premium access until the end of the original billing period. However, you didn’t get back to us about this at the time. As far as the designs go, our team is always happy to look into any sellers who are advertising false products when users report this. But this wasn’t your case, we didn’t receive any reports from you prior to your refund request. Thanks for understanding.

Hey Dylan, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Our company is most certainly not a scam. For context, you requested a refund on the basis of inactivity on your account. We explained that we don’t offer refunds on subscription payments as when they sign up, users are committing to our services for the term of their subscription period. Our policy is available to users when they sign up and it’s very standard for most companies. We did offer right away to have your subscription canceled so you wouldn’t be charged any longer in the future. Our team was always polite and ready to help you as much as we could within the bounds of our policy. Sadly, you replied to us in an impolite and threatening tone. Our team still replied in a calm and polite way explaining our terms and conditions once again, as well as confirming your subscription had been canceled.
