Upheal has truly changed my career for the better. It works so well and has great features such as the calendar, patient portal, secure messaging, and a low fee for charging credit cards in addition to the excellent documentation. Way to go, Upheal!

I just started using Upheal and so far, I LOVE it. I'm a psychotherapist in Private Practice and I am loving how streamlined everything is in Upheal. The AI notes are a literal game changer. So incredibly accurate and wonderfully composed while holding respectful boundaries in writing information. impressive. I love how everything connects so seamlessly. I am able to generate a beautiful note and submit a claim fast and accurately. 2 insurance companies cleared quite fast and easily, the other 2 (Aetna and United Health) are taking their sweet time. I am out of Network with all insurance providers except for my state's medicaid which along with anthem cleared fairly quickly.

So glad I switched to Upheal from my old EHR platform! I came for the sophisticated AI note-taking. It's truly mind-blowing how good these notes are, and how precisely I can tailor them to my clinical approach, practice needs, etc. But I decided to switch over completely to the Upheal EHR because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE, and their commitment to collaborating with users. I have NEVER had a product where the developers were this open, receptive, collaborative and engaged. On my old EHR, it was really a take-it-or-leave-it situation. So despite the tedium of migrating all my client files, I LEFT IT! Upheal has limitless room for file storage (WHAT?!), but best of all, anytime I find something that doesn't work well for me (everything from the layout of a form, or the way you record sessions and payments, to the lack of specificity in how it describes my particular style of therapy), I just hop on the "request a feature" forum, and REAL people get to work. SO MANY of the big and little things I've asked for have been implemented! And when I ran into a persistent formatting problem, I was able to have a lot of back-and-forth with an actual person who really listened, took the time to investigated and explain, helped me find workarounds, and then offered to bring my unresolved issues to the developers. Unheard of. We therapists work so hard listening and responding thoughtfully to others all day. It's such a breath of fresh to receive that back from the vendors we use! I'm home at Upheal.

Since graduating I have been through two other EHRs (simple practice & sessions health), and was never happy paying through the nose for features I did not need. I have been SO very happy with Upheal. I first started using them just for their AI note transcription service. I was so happy with it that when they launched an EHR I jumped on it. It is AI supported which has made my life as a therapist so much better. Previously, my notes were skimpy at best, and I was always weeks behind with writing them. I know I am a much better therapist because of the assistance and support that I get through the AI assistant. Also, the support team is always super responsive and helpful; they are constantly adding new features, and really listen to feedback. I cannot recommend Upheal enough!

I am really enjoying my experience with Upheal, I have been using it for 3 months and have been part of the insurance billing integration, which I was looking forward to. What drew me to Upheal was the fact that you are not charged a fixed rate, to me it makes more sense to be charged only by what is used, per client. The platform is extremely intuitive, easy to navigate, and any time I have had a glitch or issue, customer service was on it right away and resolved the problem pretty quickly. I am also amazed at how they take into account users experience, and work diligently to incorporate suggestions posted on their "request a feature" board onto their platform, making it a better platform day by day! There may still be a few things they need to work on, are diligently working on, and I have no doubt the platform will continue to grow and improve as they incorporate ideas from their users. So far they have proven to listen to what users are asking, and that is very refreshing and keeps me recommending the platform to other therapists!

While it would be nice if Upheal's chat function were available through normal business hours on the west coast, I am very impressed with how quickly they get back to me every time I have a question outside of their business hours. Highly recommend!

I live this EHR. It has everything you could want. Templates, AI scribe. Forms. Separate place for therapist notes apart from progress notes. The AI assistant gives good feedback in real time when asked. It helps me prep for sessions and can provide me with full case consultations and point out where I'm overlooking as a therapist. I especially like their support, I ask a question or make a ticket and they get back to me right away to let me know they're working on it and update me when the problem is resolved.

Upheal has revolutionised my experience as a therapist. It has freed up a significant amount of time, particularly around notes, summaries and admin, while also improving the quality and consistency of my work. It is intuitive, easy to use, and thoughtfully designed around the real needs of clinicians. Rather than feeling like another system to manage, it supports the way I work and helps me stay more present with clients. At this point, it covers everything I need and has become an essential part of my practice.
