I had been struggling with a health condition that caused a visual impairment and that was impacting my ability to keep with documenting my sessions. A trusted colleague mentioned Up Heal as a possible solution for me...She was spot on. Up Heal has given me the ability to focus on my clients, not have to type (as much), and know that my documentation is completed all before my next session! Up Heal has saved me time, reduced my anxiety, and it has probably saved my practice! I especially like the analytics that it provides.

Upheal is great, the tech and customer support is amazing, they communicate great about updates or changes. It has truly simplified my office and ability to manage my workload. I used to struggle with work life balance due to notes, now I have great, thorough and easily edited notes so I can concentrate on myself and my clients.

Best thing to hit my practice! My clinicians and I get hours back to see clients and live our lives outside of work. The notes are pretty perfect with only the occasional need to make any changes. 99.99% I just copy and paste it on my EHR note. I've had it for about 6 months and it's only gotten better.

I mean it's not perfect but they're getting better. Always remember to read the note before you decide to use it as there are often mistakes. Let them know when there are mistakes and then they correct them. But otherwise not bad.

I love Upheal. It has greatly simplified my work by providing streamlined documentation for every client. This gives me more time to be present with my clients and to focus on self-care.

As a therapist, quite frankly, I have dreaded doing my notes. Now I have Upheal to do the work for me and I can just focus on the client. When I am done for the day I only need to do a copy and paste for my notes from Upheal to my tracking software. I am so grateful to have access to this amazing new technology and how it is streamlining my private practice.

Today I received an email from Upheal alerting me to an issue with a session that was processing. I did not know there was an issue, but an automatic alarm had been triggered by the problem and Upheal was proactive in notifying me and assuring me that they were working on the problem and that I would not lose any of my session. The issue was quickly resolved and I was notified. I appreciated the proactive approach and the professionalism. This was my first experience with customer service and I am very impressed. I have also been extremely pleased with the quality of the notes that are generated, as well as the treatment plans. I highly recommend Upheal for anyone wishing to take advantage of what AI has to offer.

Saving hours of work is the best feature of this app for me. I don't like taking notes during a session so was faced with having to write notes after work for up to 25 clients a week. In my "spare" time. No way! The other features I love--the bots are sophisticated and offer psychological insights that are surprising. The analytics are extremely helpful. There are a variety of note styles from which to choose. I value the intake notes and the treatment plan is an incredible tool. Everything I need wrapped up in a beautiful presentation. All I have to do is transfer the notes to my EHR. I highly recommend Upheal for clinicians who want to spend quality time with their clients and spend their non-working hours enjoying life.
