I paid for the hair analysis AND a consultation. The consultation was not thorough. Person went through only the results of the analysis enough to start her sales pitch to get me to spend another $977 on a 3 month supply of vitamins. The other half of the analysis was not even addressed. Such a scam. They don't care about people, they only care about getting more money from you. NEVER again.

I purchased the kit in early November 2024 and submitted a hair sample pretty quickly. It is now the 17 of December and I followed up twice for status updates. This is also the case with other members of my group. Is this a legit company?

I inquired to the company if they were a US based company as was told yes. After ordering their product the shipping email said my order was shipped from china and South Korea. Huge red flag! Be careful ordering from this company as my opinion is they are not honest about their location and where they are. Update: this company was supposed to call me at a prearranged time. I was looking for a call from Florida because they said that’s where they relocated to but the calls came from Texas so I did not answer a strange number. The company blamed me and said they are closing the ticket. So this company can be located in Texas, Florida, New Jersey, China, and South Korea. I have the actual email that showed my order was shipped from China through South Korea. Again, be careful ordering from this company. Update, after multiple requests to call me to discuss my questions, no response. In my opinion anyone looking to order from this company should do their research first as from what I’ve seen their products are made and shipped from China. Update, I gave this company another chance to call me to discuss the foreign company problem and they refused multiple times. That shows the don’t care about their prospective customers. It also shows they can’t prove they aren’t a foreign company, which says a lot as well as they are based in China like the shipment email indicated. Update, informed the company that I’d be willing to talk and work through things. They refused. Shows what kinda company they are.

I currently use their nano particle electrolyte Upgraded Charge, Upgraded Magnesium for sleep support and Upgraded Testosterone. I've had issues with low energy and insomnia since I was child and this by far (with everything I've tried) is the first time in years that I've seen real changes to my sleep and energy levels through the day. it's been life changing to say the least.

I did the upgraded formulas Hair Analysis Consultation which consisted of me clipping off hair samples (per the video instructions) and mailing my samples for analysis (1 tablespoon of hair from the nap of my head/scalp). I got the result in about 5-6 days. I scheduled the consultation and we reviewed my test results. By looking at my test results, they could tell my liver was taxed, my adrenal glands are in overdrive, and my body was off balance (causing fatigue). I knew my liver and cortisol production was off, but wasn't sure how to correct it. The consultation was better than I had imagined, my contact person was very knowledgeable, educated, and knew exactly what I needed to do to put my body back into balance. So, for the next three months, I am going to take their recommendations, then take another hair test and see if my numbers have improved and if I have more energy. I'll report my findings here for everyone to know! I like the idea of knowing what my body needs and supplementing what needs to be fixed verses taking a bunch of supplements that might not be right or causing me harm. I plan to review this information with my functional medical specialist to make sure that they are in agreement with the course of action.

I used their iodine, chromium, and magnesium supplements last year and they all gave me the worst case of fatigue I have ever had in my life which progressed into heart palpitations. Later on, I found out I had thyroid disease and this stuff made it worse. Please do your research before consuming things you find online and consider any contraindications you may have. This company has been harassing me to delete my reviews. And Trust Pilot is no better: they are allowing this company to flag my reviews for “harmful and illegal content” when I have provided proof of my experience. There is nothing harmful or illegal about my review and for them to flag my review for “harmful and illegal content” is a red flag. Trust Pilot is being told by these companies to remove bad reviews and keep the good ones. I already had a mineral analysis test done before I consumed their product so no, there was so blind supplementation going on. And for them to make that conclusion that I “blindly supplemented” without any evidence I did is unprofessional and a red flag. They need to accept that their products are not for everyone and fooling around with nanoparticles of any substance can be risky if you don’t know what other contraindications you may have besides ones having to do with minerals.

Compared to the rest of what you get in the UK this stuff is pretty decent . Discovered them through Tim Gray and I must say the magnesium is one of a kind

Invasive Marketing! These people will not stop texting me. This is unacceptable and wish I'd never worked with this company. I've emailed them many times and they won't stop. Terrible experience.
