Amazing quality always!!

I ordered a supplement and signed up for monthly refill. The first bottle came and it was the wrong supplement. Customer service had attitude about a refund. They wanted me to keep it and give to a family member but still pay for it. I refused, they refunded and i cancelled my subscription. Fast forward 6 weeks and i get a notification that a product was being prepped for shipping from them. Immediately I looked at my account and verified that my subscription was cancelled and it was. I again received attitude about a refund for a fraudulently charged item. Deborah’s customer support was abysmal. After some back and forth she agreed to refund the price of product but not shipping. Steer clear of this unscrupulous and rather rude business.

I’ve tried a lot of supplement brands, and what stands out about Upgraded Formulas is how focused they are on actual results, not just marketing. Hair Test Kit is a must! I went through their the hair test kit process, which was easy enough to complete at home and send off. Got my results back and the follow-up consultant was by far one of the best I've ever had. Currently working on my sleep and T levels with their products.
