Unfortunately the “kit” is of low quality. (Which is just a paper envelope.) For a time it was delayed in UPS delivery. They did receive a month later & since it got wet in transit, they could not use the sample. Highly recommend an improved kit system & materials so that cut hair from a human being is not compromised in the process of sending in return. I am going to do another kit, but very dissatisfied so far.

Tbh most magnesium is pointless as your gut rattles it out. Their magnesium is nano meaning it’s absorbed without having to digest a bigger molecule. I use it all the time and love it

I can't recommend Upgraded Formulas enough. I decided to do one of their hair mineral tests because I felt like something wasn't quite right, and I was surprised to find that many of my assumptions about what was causing my symptoms were completely wrong. The results gave me a much clearer understanding of what was actually going on, allowing me to adjust the lifestyle changes I'd originally put in place. Even though it's still early, I'm already starting to feel better, which has been really encouraging. A special thank you to Deborah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I am a HUGE fan of Upgraded Formulas' product called Upgraded Charge. Earlier this year I was really struggling with fatigue. I had a week of very strenuous activity in early January and the fatigue and other issues continued for several months, particularly in my muscles. Sometimes it was crazy hard to even walk, to move my legs, and it felt like I was moving through thick sludge. I learned about UF through the WILDFIT program and purchased a bottle of Upgraded Charge to try as that was one of the three they were recommending. I took it one day, and the next day all of that muscle "stuff" was gone, or maybe it was two days. After a couple of weeks I stopped taking it for no particular reason and the muscle issues started to come back. I take it once daily without fail now. No issues since! I also notice generally less tiredness. I can get up at 5 am, work all day into the evening, then stay up until midnight and I’m fine (I do usually get up a bit later in the morning, just using that as a case study 😊). Give it a try. Who knows? It may be a huge game changer for you, too!

I was looking for more information about my heavy metals and mineral levels and this was a great experience all around. The report itself was detailed, however what stood out is the consultation. My “entry” into Upgraded Formulas was their Upgraded Magnesium product which was a game changer for sleep and I now recommend it to all my clients and friends since most of the population is deficient in magnesium. Since then, learning about the patented nano technology used in their products (that actually helps you absorb your supplements,) has me trying all of their quality formulas!

Upgraded magnesium has made a noticeable difference on my sleep. I find that I fall asleep faster and stay in a deeper sleep after taking upgraded magnesium. My garmin fitness tracker also provides sleep scores, which trend better after taking upgraded magnesium. Great product!
