Péssimo serviço. Paguei 104 euros por uma assinatura de um mês porque estava muito difícil recuperar informação muito preciosa. A informação foi recuperada mas danificada. Além disso, apanhei vírus no meu computador com essa recuperação. Expliquei a situação, pedi o reembolso no próprio dia e andaram a enrolar-me com a promessa de uma assinatura vitalícia e que não me podiam devolver o dinheiro por causa da política de reembolso. Tenham vergonha!

I accidently formatted the wrong drive losing all my family photos for the last 3 years. I gave easeus remote access to my pc and the hard drive. He fixed the issue in one hour. Definitely worth it. I'd give it higher than 5 stars. thanks again =)
