I downloaded and ran the trial of this package and after a long 24 scan of a corrupted USB flash drive, was informed that I could recover 1000+ files but that I would need the professional package to view them and recover fully. Great! I downloaded the full package and said recover files to create two folders, one titled file path lost. 99% of the emails and pdfs I needed, all ms office items, were in this folder so amazing to be able to restore them. They refuse to pay these refund back as they state that it's not a technical issue that they can list 1000 recoverable files but actually provide closer to 10. It's fake advertising, it's illegal to advertise a refund without providing it. Stay away from them
