The software works great and the customer service is competent and helpful.

The EaseUS Data Recovery is an excellent product, Their customer support team is very professional, their response is quick and helpful, Their service is excellent too! I can recover most of my lost data in a corrupted hard drive. I have used another data recover product from another company, but none of the "recovered file, photo and video clips " were readable or playable. My conclusion is, Use this product, you will get your valuable lost data back and you are happy with it.

Amazing Service, Highly Recommend! I'm based in the UK. My SD card from a go pro (holding all my holiday pictures and film) become corrupted. I tried using the Recovery software which worked, but I needed the recovery data to be manually put back together. Vasillii, was very patient with me and helped me to connect my laptop to him so he could start to working putting the data back together. After about 4 hours, everything was restored. He waited online for me to check everything was working and helped me to make a back up of all my videos and photos incase the sd card went wrong again. I would use their services again if i needed to and would recommend.
