We need an actual hold button and also…
We need an actual hold button and also when you are on a call you cannot leave the interface and you cannot do anything like checking the call logs to check the phone number if they called before unless the call is done, you also need to have a separate dialer from your dashboard😆 dashboard is a dashboard dialer is a dialer.. other than that its great...

Great customer support
If it is available from them we are using it. We have had great help from their customer support line with timely responses to any and all questions including use and setup questions. So far so good!
