Broken service
Broken service, broken promises. Got as a skype replacement, it stopped working. Need to find something else, trying to get money back from this joke company with no support.

Scam
Scam. Tracking shows it was delivered to an entirely different town. Customer service says they can’t help because of proof of delivery even tho the address doesn’t even match my shipping address and it’s not even the same town. They probably didn’t even ship anything at all.

It seems you may be trying to reach UPCENTRALSTORE.COM, which is a completely separate entity and not affiliated with us in any way. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, they continue to use a similar name, causing ongoing confusion. We hold a registered trademark for UpCentral and have already issued a cease and desist.
