I have purchased only twice from them now. The first batch of round bottles 20 or so bottles were completely shattered. The packaging of the bottles was unprofessional (all glass in one bag, without protection), how can they not break. They stated that they would send more, it's been almost 2 months and they still haven't sent them yet. My second order had tops missing, was told almost a month ago that they would have more in stock and send them the week after, I still haven't received word on those either. Packaging for the second time round wasn't that much better. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. The unprofessionalism that has been shown will run them down.

I Ordered 50 2 oz. Boston rounds WITH DROPPERS as stated in the website description. They shipped the bottles with no droppers. The email does not work, no one answers the phone and you can't leave a voice mail.

After waiting a month, I was given the wrong caps with the wrong bottles. They would not make it right. Horribly wrapped and shipped. Do not use this Chinese scam.

SCAM! I ordered on Feb 25th. They have not shipped my package. They have not replied to my inquiry via their website. Their site is compromised. They did not respond to my voicemail message. I called again today and their mailbox is full.

Horrible customer service. I had 120 frosted 2 oz. amber glass bottles order from the company on 11/5. I first used the bottles around 12/2. I filled a huge customer order and than was notified by the customer that all the bottles were leaking. I sent in a note to the company about defective bottles. They responded once with what is your order number. I responded to them and never heard back. Than no 12/14 I sent in another complaint and asked them to contact me. I never heard from them. I got on CHAT on 12/5 and explained the issue with leaking bottles and they said my 30 days had elapsed and their was nothing they could do. Pretty sure 30 days starts once the customer receives the product, not once the order is placed. Anyway, I'm disgusted and wanted to make others aware of this poor product.

Didn't ship order even after 2 weeks. The phone number doesn't work. It is a scam. Avoid.
