I was told to cut the sprayers myself, and that it's "not too hard of a job." I recently placed a $200 order of 1oz and 2oz Boston bottles (2oz bottle pictured below) and received sprayers that are far to long for the product. I emailed the company and they didn't respond. 2 days later I called the company and I was told that I needed to place a $2000 order to receive sprayers that are cut to the correct size. They will never be getting my business again. Shame on them.

Have placed 5 orders with this company since June of 2020, Every order had broken bottles, droppers and missing parts. They have no clue how to package glass bottles, thrown in a box with no idea that its going to break. most recently ordered 4 oz glass dropper bottles, Fedex did not even deliver, they returned to shipper, they re-shipped and behold box loaded with broken glass was delivered. Gave them benefit of doubt however it will not happen again. Advise is pay a little more for another supplier, not worth the aggravation. UPDATE: Tried calling and unable to leave voice mail, mailbox full. Will dispute the charge if they do not respond by 3/11/2021.

This company is terrible. It’s my first experience ordering from them and they have proven to me that they are incapable of providing a good customer experience. Their shipping time listed on their site is up to 10 days. I am completely understanding of delays during covid, but there has been no clear communication from them regarding their current situation. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my order. I’ve emailed 5 times with no response. I called and they basically told me to wait. No attempt to explain the situation or remedy it. It’s not the delays that are a problem it’s the communication between the seller and consumer. I would be fine if someone would just explain to me what’s going on and set realistic expectations.

Second time ordering my ... 1st order they sent me The wrong droppers I worked with them I tried reaching out wasn’t able to hear from back from emails couldn’t get anyone on the phone ...crazy right anyway took another chance ... 2nd order i ordered clear bottles they send ME BROWN bottles I live in the Caribbean & it’s a huge lost I was promised that I’ll get the bottles I actually order but we will see if that ever happens

VERY BAD BUSINESS... STAY FAR AWAY! This company is the WORST! They a little mom and pop operations that claims to be a "professional company". I placed my order and after 10 days my order still marked as "processing". I called their office and the voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. Voice mail was a cheesy one person recorded message that sounded like it was recored in 1990's. Emailed them and a few days later they stated it would be shipped next week. After several attempts and promises to ship I had to stop pay with my credit card company. Business claims they are professional and following NY COVID business guidelienes. This is BS. Then why do you reply and say you will ship and your voice mail is full? This business will lie to you. Total lack of customer care. Arrogant business acumen. Look up UPC (United Packing Components) address on google maps. It is located at 35 Engel St, Hicksvile NY 11801-2648. There is no sign showing UPC in fact it it totally a different business. My guess is they rent a very small space somewhere in the warehouse. BE WARNED. I would never do business with this company. In fact I ordered from a different company and found the price cheaper and very high quality. Search elsewhere there are better and cheaper companies.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN RETAIL. I ORDERED 50 4 OZ BOTTLES FOR A 2 DAY DELIVERY. WEEK GOES BY NO PRODUCT... I FINALLY CALL ONLY TO FIND OUT THE PACKAGE HASNT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED.REQUESTED A REFUND ONLY FOR THEM TO STILL SEND THE BOTTLES! SO THE BOTTLES GOT HERE 2 WEEKS LATER WITH HALF OF THEM BROKEN. HOW DO YOU JUST DUMP GLASS BOTTLES IN A BOX IN JUST A PLASTIC BAG. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD FIRE EVERYBODY AND CLOSE THE DOORS!!!

RECEIVED OUR ORDER TODAY BUT WRONG COLOR BOTTLES. FAKE EMAIL PLUS FAKE PHONE #. WE DECIDED TO TRY THIS COMPANY FOR OUR DROPPER BOTTLE PURCHASES.. i GUESS THEY ONLY WANTED TO MAKE $114.00 OFF US AND NOT $10,000 FOR THE YEAR.THERE LOST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...

I have purchased only twice from them now. The first batch of round bottles 20 or so bottles were completely shattered. The packaging of the bottles was unprofessional (all glass in one bag, without protection), how can they not break. They stated that they would send more, it's been almost 2 months and they still haven't sent them yet. My second order had tops missing, was told almost a month ago that they would have more in stock and send them the week after, I still haven't received word on those either. Packaging for the second time round wasn't that much better. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. The unprofessionalism that has been shown will run them down.
