This was my first time using Kalm. I don’t recall using anything like this before and it was a great experience. I wasn’t sure of what to expect and I was so happy to have been surprised at how much calmer and lighter I felt both physically and emotionally. The company does a great job at describing what the product is intended for. Because I did feel this was a step forward to managing and improving my chronic mental and medical health conditions. Super happy with my purchase. Looking forward to buying it again !

What can I say? I’ve dealt with anxiety, ADHD and a host of other mental issues. From the very first dose my life was changed. No anxiety, no panic attacks and the ADHD even calmed down a little. Without the anxiety, I am able to think clearer and I’m even more motivated. This is definitely a life changing remedy!

I went into this thinking it would be the same as almost every product I've tried for anxiety: a waste of $50-$100. This was different. It honestly works and I'll be a customer for life...or until therapy actually starts helping me lol. Good stuff though, if you're on the fence, just give it a go.

I am so grateful to have learned about this company. I carefully read reviews before trying it so I feel I should share my own experience in hopes that it will help someone else. I consider myself to be an HSP (highly sensitive) and have been prone to anxiety and panic attacks for much of my adult life. Early on, I worked with therapists and tried pharmaceuticals. I have nothing against either but they weren’t the right solution for me. I find a combination of somatic and mindfulness practices (qigong, yoga, EFT, Butyeko breathing, meditation) very supportive in regulating the nervous system. However, there are still times when life gets overwhelming and I need extra help. I recently lost my beloved father and my mom needs a lot of care. I try to balance that with a full time job. Shortly after my dad passed, my grandson was born and I do occasional babysitting as well which brings me joy but can also tire me out. Add a broken tooth needing extraction and my nervous system felt fried. I saw Kalm on Facebook, read up in it carefully, checked in with my functional medicine practitioner and gave it a try. Sooo grateful I did. I feel so much calmer and more centered but still clear-headed and without feeling the weird effects of pharmaceuticals (and no weight gain!!). I also find the company to be friendly, efficient and responsive. I appreciate the personal touches a lot. I hope this helps anyone who’s considering trying it. Best wishes on your journey to peace!

Started working right away. Just went through a bad break-up in life and already had anxiety on top of it. Wake up more grounded , happier …life changing.

I’m a former US Army special operations forces soldier and suffered from TBI and PTSD on and off throughout my life. Recent changes in my life have created more anxiety from that PTSD than I’ve ever had before. I’ve tried several different things and several different contraptions but,KALM was the first product I actually felt a difference with within a week. I’m looking forward to see what happens as I continue to use this product. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially any soldiers suffering from PTSD. Veterans suicide is real get yourself some help.

Take it from the person who’s tried everything-this works. I am diagnosed with GAD, OCD, and depression. I’ve spent a lot of time and money trying things with little to no results. To this day, I am happy I gave Kalm a chance. I was skeptical at first but about a week into taking it, I noticed my symptoms were a lot better or easier to manage. It’s actually been really helpful for lowering my prescriptions so I can eventually fully be off. I can’t say enough amazing things about the customer service. James and his team are truly wonderful, encouraging, and care about the consumer.

I have a lot going on in my work and personal life which makes it challenging to battle the negative side effects of stress. KALM (ZEN) helps me mitigate those symptoms. Since I started taking this product, it’s helped me not only through mitigating my symptoms of anxiety, IBS, etc. it has helped me mentally be more aware to avoid the things that are causing excess stress and anxiety. I highly recommend this product.
