Both of my teens have been diagnosed with anxiety( in addition to adhd). I was looking for something more natural for them to try. We have used other cdc products in the past but Kalm has really made a noticeable difference for them both. They take it every day. I am so happy I found this product.

My anxiety/panic escalated to an unbearable level during midlife. I struggled to manage naturally since I never had much luck with medications and benzos are discouraged. KALM has truly been a miracle for me. I have had generalized anxiety since early childhood. I have used natural remedies that have only taken the edge off. KALM has actually been able to eliminate my anxiety. When I get anxiety, it heightens all of my senses that leads to the dreaded rabbit hole of panic attacks. KALM literally calms down all of my senses to homeostasis (normal state). I’m so thankful to have found KALM!

KALM has been very good for me. Both Mindhack and White sunrise are great products. Mindhack is able to calm and relax my mind when it feels overactive. White sunrise is able to help with hyperactive nerves and pain in my gut as well has still being able to help lower the anxiety caused by these things. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try this that has anxiety, depression, pain and highly sensitive nerves. James is also great and does everything to try to help people. He is definitely trying to help people work towards being healthy mentally and physically!

Kalm has been an amazing product! The customer service is out of this world and James the founder sends you personal texts answering any questions you have. Being a borderline hypochondriac this was very helpful and reassuring to me that I could ask anything I wanted to know. I’m very wary about trying new supplements as my body is pretty sensitive, so I had to figure out what scoop amount was right for my body but eventually got there and found the sweet spot. I have panic disorder and agoraphobia and I have tried everything under the sun holistically and did not want to be Dependent on medication, so this was my Hail Mary. I’ve been taking KALM for eight weeks now and it definitely brings peace and calms the swirling thoughts in your head. I’m able to relax so much more than I was before, while simultaneously working on regulating my nervous system; this has been a very helpful addition to that. I found myself being able to handle stressful situations (a death in the family) much easier than before. Thanks so much to James and I recommend trying it to anyone!
