Easy to transfer using WhatsApp . Best transfer rate than other platforms.

Best rates so far for USD to INR transfers. Service is quick and customer support is good as well. I also like the fact that they organize free webinars for NRI support. No complaints so far and I plan to use unplex as my go to money transfer app

I want to talk to customer service but no one responding..money matter are very sensitive but this seems very care less better to go with better option to choose for ontime funds delivery than better rate

I have started using their service approximately a year ago. Process is seamless and nicely integrated with whatsapp. No issues till date. Payment is delivered as estimated. Conversion rates are pretty good. I will continue to use their services in future.

I am using Unplex for more than a year, hey give the best rates with multiple coupon codes and Whatsapp experience is unique. Service is also good, glad they have also started NRE transfers also.

You always have to contact support to get your transfer completed. They never delivered money automatically to the recipient account by est. delivery dates. This keep you anxious. They do have higher rates than competitors, but the stress they give during the process is not worth taking.

My experience with Unplex is becoming frustrating day by day due to transfer issues. Every time I make a transfer, I need to contact support to manually reset my instant transfer limit, and sometimes even after confirmation, it does not reflect. Recently, I confirmed before transferring that it would be instant, but the transfer was still delayed. Since cancellation takes 3–4 days for a refund, my funds got stuck during an urgent situation where I needed to send money immediately. I was one of the users who previously gave positive ratings and feedback for Unplex, but repeated issues like this are changing my experience. I hope the team improves the reliability of instant transfers and support.
