★★★☆☆ (3/5) – Competitive Exchange Rates, but Poor Communication Unplex offers competitive exchange rates for transferring money from the US to India, which initially made it an attractive option. However, my experience was disappointing due to poor communication. I initiated a transfer earlier this week, but Unplex failed to notify me that the transfer was about to expire. As a result, I now have to initiate the transfer again and can no longer secure the same favorable exchange rate. While I appreciate their competitive rates, timely notifications about transfer deadlines and expirations are essential, especially when exchange rates fluctuate. I hope Unplex improves its communication so that customers do not lose out on favorable rates due to a lack of timely information. Overall, good exchange rates but disappointing customer communication.
