Unplex is really very good platform to send money. These peoples have very good advantage compare to other competitive people's in the market. 1. Realiable customer support for transfer related issues or support. 2. Best price quaranted for the exchange for the money higher price than anyone in the market. 3. Faster money transfer typical money transfer normally happen between within a day or 2. Best platform to transfer. Recommend it.

Best transfer rates and seamless experience. A bit slow to send at times.

Super convenient and super easy to use. All you have to do is just pick a contact in your WhatsApp fill out the bank details and you can start carrying out your transactions which I found was really easy and really convenient. I send money to my dad every biweekly each time I get paid and this helps in paying back my student loan to back in India, so UnPlex has been really good for me.

I am impressed by Unplex's ability to send money internationally with great rates and more impressed by their ability to listen to their customers and handle error or issues that prevent these transfers. I want to highlight Aradhana's contribution in helping me sort an issue that was stopping me from getting the money from US.

I had the worst experience ever with UnPlex, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their service. They do not provide any timeline for when the money will actually reach the recipient, leaving you completely in the dark. Their tech support is an absolute joke. There is no phone number to call, and even their so-called “chat support” is non-existent. I waited for over 24 hours just to get a response, which was completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, my money never even reached India, but their system falsely showed the transaction as “successful.” I had to contact them multiple times just to get my refund, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and a complete nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and use a reputable remittance service instead!
