I have been a member of the unlock surveys community since 2022 and have completed hundreds of surveys always sticking to the rules and being truthful as well as consistent, you would think that it might protect you from being banned from their website but actually it doesn't, on June 1, I was answering a survey and suddenly I got kicked out from the unlock website, then I tried to log back in and I had lost access to my account altogether, I have repeatedly reached out to support tickets ( 1000352190, 1000352037, 1000352034) , but it's useless they either don't respond at all or give a generic answer wich shows they haven't even bother to read my messages, I sincerely would like some help to get access to my account again, right now I am very disappointed about this company, ghosting a longtime contributor is highly disrespectful and speaks volumes about how the company treats panelists

Unlock will not honor my reward points. The only way to reach them is by email which I have been doing. I still cannot redeem my points. They send emails asking for the same information over and over and do not resolve the issue. Taking these surveys is a waste of time if you are trying to earn rewards. What a scam!

As of 06/10/2026, i have received a very favorable response and points have been rewarded for those lost. I greatly appreciate this. I love the surveys in this app and hope to continue on it. Thank you again! Very frustrating! Have had points taken away after added to my account in what they call " reconciliation". No reason given. They said, " we need to maintain our credibility". Have been waiting weeks after filing complaint. No response. Have other surveys i have completed and gotten screwed out of points that has been 16 days with NO RESPONSE". Surveys are usually very interesting (especially their movie/TV show trailers that can be 60 minutes). Support is non existent. First step in "credibility" is responding/fixing problems after complaints.

Had to register to earn a $5 welcome bonus. Put in all my information and site says I earned 5000 points ($5 equivalent) but I need 2500 points to cash out. Total garbage! I closed my browser and reopened the site, and my 5000 points are gone. No contact link on site...being a scam site, why would they. Too stupid...'No contact link on site'. So they act like they're concerned and ask for a service ticket number. Hey, there isn't one because you make sure there aren't any.

Received an invitation to try them out and did a couple of surveys. All of a sudden, I received a message that my account was deleted for suspicious activity. Ummm ok? Glad I didn't waste too much time with them before getting scammed.

I successfully completed their 2500 threshold and it now says I cant access my rewards. My ticket # is (1000347922). I try to redeem and it conveniently says "website can't be reached"
