Signed up w/ this website, kinda forgot about it until got email notice of a $5 bonus if get active. I did so, and this brand is below horrid. I really regret not taking seriously the other 1-star reviews here. Got disqualified twice after almost completing surveys, lot of the "curated surveys" go to BitLabs website which for unknown reason always gives an error message, and most of the few remaining, I never qualified. Never been so insulted. Sent very upset emails to their provided email, and doubtful that will ever get the $25 I'm owed. EDIT Replying to Unlock Survey's reply: My ticket number is 1000358095

As sorry as I am that other folks didn't get paid for their points, at least they got the points for the surveys they took the time to complete. A favorite trick for me was they'd take me (and my time) through the entire survey, and at the very end say "Sorry - We have all the responses we need!" What miserable, chiseling wastes of flesh!

My experience turned out pretty positive with unlock surveys at the start. I hit the 2500 points, and I did receive my $25 reward. The second time I hit the 2500 points, I emailed Unlock letting them know I still have not received my $25 reward. I Did not receive a response. So today I tried logging in to my account, and it said that I’ve been permanently banned. I sent them another email letting them know I did not receive my $25 and I’d like to know what I did to become permanently banned from their website. I can’t wait to see if they respond. It may have only been $25, but I will not let this go. They are a complete scam.

This is the 5th time I have reviewed unlock surveys in about a month, hoping to get to the bottom of the problem they are having redeeming points. Each time I have listened to the reply given, and have emailed them directly with my issue and the ticket number for the problem. Crickets, no answers anymore. At this point, I am contacting the better business bureau to resolve. So sad. I just hope if any survey takers are reading this, they do not get involved with this site.

I have enough points to redeem for a $25 Gift Card. When I click to select I a gift card I receive "site can not be reached". I have contacted support for help a few times and have not heard back. It is a good thing I am not holding my breathe to hear from them

Received an invite from another survey site, so I accepted and took several surveys. I accumulated the required points necessary to redeem. I've gotten the new survey taker, validation required message. Been 7 days now and nothing. I made the decision several days back that my continuance to this site would be dependent on their ability to fulfill their part of this. Now I should have read the reviews sooner about how they are reluctant in their payouts. So many 1 star reviews about this issue. So here I am posting another 1 star myself. Depending on what happens soon, I might change this review to a more positive, or change it to a much more negative. Their choice. And this isn't the only review site I utilize.

I am standing by this original review. I have tried my cell phone, laptop and a couple different browsers. I am still unable to redeem points. I emailed them again and have received the same generic response with no solution to the problem. SCAM for sure. I accumulated 5593 points and have been trying to redeem for 10 days. When I click on redeem points it sends me to an unsecure site. I have sent numerous emails with no legit response. They are a scam. Stay away. Don't waste your time. They should be investigated and shut down.

To me this is a shady business practice reading that other people can’t cash out their points either !!!
