After discovering the service would take 2 weeks I tried to cancel my online order within the 7 days in which you are permitted under your consumer rights laws. I was refused and still charged £30 for the service that had been already performed by my service provider in 4hrs of the same day. Extremely poor service I would never recommend them.

Order was placed without even realizing I was agreeing to complete the transaction (no separate confirmation or anything) which let to me placing a duplicate order for the exact same IMEI. To top it off, since I though no order had been placed I went over to UnlockBase and ordered a separate code (worked fine). Noticed the duplicate Unlockradar charges/emails a few days later but the phone was already unlocked by this point courtesy of Unlockbase. Waste of $80. Order process could be clearer and duplicate orders for the exact same info should not be possible or at least be refunded. One thing I did like about Unlockradar is that I didn't need to send any confirmation details like with UnlockBase.

Order an unlock code for my LG headset from Unlockradar. They sent me the code but when I inserted another SIM card, the phone was not asking for the unlock code and there was no input field where to enter the code. So I sent an e-mail to customer support and they sent me instructions on how to access a secret menu on my phone, and I was able to enter the unlock code. Thank you guys!
