Couldn't provide service and won't refund money
The basics of a transaction are pay money for a product or service. Typically when said product or service cannot be provided and the money is offered up front, the provider refunds the money. They could not produce the unlock code and blamed me for it and basically said tough luck. Not acceptable. Buyer beware, do your research. there are many other unlock code providers that will happily refund your money if they can't produce an unlock code.

The money were refunded for this order, as a gesture of good will. You gave us incorrect information about your phone, ignoring the warnings on the website. It's clearly stated in our Terms&Conditions that you will not be eligible for a refund if you submit the wrong network of your phone, because the system will fail to unlock the phone in this case and we support a cost for every IMEI we process. In conclusion, because you choose a wrong network, we lost money and got ourselves with a 1 star review...
