The unlock code worked but £20 is too expensive. It feels like a rip off but it’s the same price everywhere online. £20 is the standard rip off price.

We ordered an unlock for my boyfriend's phone. it said 2 business days but with COVID I wasnt expecting it to be on time. It was 3 days late (5 days in total). The code worked and the service was easy to use. Thanks UnlockRadar. You saved me like $400 for a new phone.

I wanted to unlock my phone and this was a very dependable service to suit my needs, so I'd highly recommend it. The only thing is that it's not clearly stated on their website that they only correspond during their business hours, which is not 24/7 and not on weekends. As long as you're aware of this though, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about!

Took some hours to get the code - during the weekend - and then I mistook the network code for the unlock code and did not manage to get the phone unlocked from Vodafone first try. That may not have helped and I had to ask for more guidance, that I received quickly. The proposed fix did not work first time, but after a"network reset" on the phone it did. Also got the unlock code from Vodafone.

The code was accepted, but it was difficult to get my phone ask for the code. But I found the solution on the net.

Uuuggghhhh! T Mobile suks! I have a broke a** galaxy 4 and they would not unlock it. So I bought the 9.99 tracphone SIM Pak and twenty to unlock and it's working now. The t mobile compatible SIM didn't work but the att one did. Maybe I'm old but this is outrageous. I spent hours to get a phone working for emergencies and unlock did it. Thanks unlock. They sent me the codes when they said they would. They responded to my stupid question nicely and promptly. Very professional.

Extremely simple process from start to finish. They do what they say. Knocked a star off because I paid for the fastest service and they took slightly longer than advertised. Otherwise, no complaints.
