We apologize for any miscommunication but you ordered the incorrect service if your device has the T-Mobile device unlock app and you purchase the unlock codes it will not unlock your device. Thank your business, have a nice day.

Very bad, the code did not work and they found a made-up reason not to refund. There is also no customer service, so good luck working with them! (No useful response down here!)

Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

I DIDN´T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE .IF YOU HAVE CEL PHONE BY SPRINT FOR UNLOCKED YOU DON´T HAVE SOLUCTION OF HERE,THAT IS THE POINT.
Response from Unlockauthority.comAug 22, 2018
We do apologize for your experience. We do have our technicians readily available to assist in your remote unlocking process. Sprint devices does not require an unlock code and that's what some customers do not understand as they expect unlock codes. Thank you for your business, we really appreciate it.
