i have been contacting last 2 weeks and finely they told me a big lie, i ask them to unlock my iPhone and they told me you asked us to check IMEI number, i paid them ,i wish i read all the review before i deal with them.

Highly disappointed, my purpose was to unlock t mobile Samsung s7 to use on sprint network. Which i advise, and they recommended a program of Paid $81 dollars and spent days with them and gotten no where. just to end with result "network not registered" and them telling me it does not work with sprint, but i can now use it for TMobile and Att. Of which was no point if i'm already on Tmobile. And wanted to use it for Sprint. I've been working with them for over a week and no refund of full amount, but they said they'll refund only $50. which has been over 6days and nothing. Waste of money, and time. Unlock with your provider first if you can. It would have costed me zero dollars.

First, they misrepresented the unlock procedure. When I said that I was not able to grant them access to my phone to flash the rom b.c I work with customer information and cannot grant anyone access to my computer (Even via my phone). The technician said they were refunding my money. No refund. Further, flashing ROMs should never be done over an internet connection, as if the process is interrupted, the phone becomes a brick. Sadly, my internet connection does drop without warning, so for that entirely technical reason, I could not use their service, and would not have bought it had it been correctly represented. So I asked support for a refund. Support insisted that I had been informed of the human intervention, and quoted to me from the sales page. The sales page backed up my story: it mentioned installing a program on my windows computer and connecting the phone to the computer via a cable, but did not mention a person connecting to my phone. I pointed that out, and asked for refund. I was told that the exact text pasted by them into our chat absolutely said a human was involved, but there was no mention. I pointed this out, and they said denied it. Every one of their mistakes they attempted to blame on me. They sent me a document with instructions which did not even mention my phone's model. When I pointed this out, that had to be my fault (even thought I'd given them my IMEI number and they had the correct number). When I asked how their system sending me the wrong document could possibly be my fault, I was told "my case was being transferred to a supervisor" who would follow up immediately - by email. Immediately turned into "another 30-45 minutes from now" But I had not recevied a response 17hours later. I contacted support again and requested the refund. I was told it had been released but would take 3 days to appear in my pay pal account or on my CC. It is now 9 days after my payment, and 7 days after I was told my refund was being processed, and I do not have it. I have submitted another refund request through their site and I will update this to a 2 star review if I receive it by Friday, otherwise I am filing disputes with paypal and my CC. Wow!! Just Wow... Thank you so so much i had tried 3 other unlocking companies (should have skipped all the headaches and came to UNLOCKINAUTHORITY.COM first) and none of them could unlock my lg stylo 4 with metro pc till you guys i will absolutely tell all my friends and family and will use you and only you with any and all of my unlocking phone needs, thanks again for making this a awesome experience! Unlock authority failed to unlock my phone, and *has not* issued any kind of refund. On top of that, they rooted my phone without notice, and now some functions I use on a daily basis are now broken such as Samsung Pay. I would avoid this company.

Have my Sprint Samsung S8 unlocked finally ! I went directly to a Sprint boutique and the girl, after fews days of negotiation, did not want to unlock it !! So I had to find an other way... Unlock Authority work GREAT ! But the tech was expeditious during the chat (I guess he was very busy...) The phone is unlocked but there is still minor thing to be improve : The sprint logo still there at boot up, not all the dialup command are unlocked (i.e.: *#0011# is working but not the *#2263#). And I've got no chance to talk about that with the tech because he closed the chat window... To do i, I have to root it... Bottom line, I've got my S8 unlocked and I'm happy with it, but for the next one, I'll bought it brand new from a safe place.

Was able to unlock my Xfinity Mobile Samsung S8 when I couldn't find others, price was also affordable thank you for unlocking my phone.

My experience was great! I tried many other companies to get my iPhone unlocked, but it turned out to be either too expensive or just no success with the process ... I was skeptical at first, but decided I had nothing to lose ... within a couple of days my phone was unlocked with no issues at all. Unlock Authority will definitely be one of my first choice for all my unlocking needs in the future.
