Bad communication and service.
Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.

To honest at first I was skeptical
To honest at first I was skeptical, but then when I woke up and seen my unlock code and tried it and it worked I was sooooo HAPPPPY.. And it's alot cheaper than the places where I live which is 40$ and he's only avail on week days. Also customer service is awesome.. very quick to respond . I recommend this website to anyone who needs their phone unlocked

I was septical at first
I was septical at first, but, as soon as I made the payment I downloaded TeamViewer and the technician was there within a couple minutes. I had my phone unlocked within roughly 30 minutes. It was an awesome experience and I'm totally satisfied with this company.

Was skeptical but this is a great service.
Seems scary to let someone connect to your PC but this service was great, VERY FAST (my phone was unlocked within 30 minutes of purchase) and on the level. Very happy and would use them again. I got a Samsung Galaxy S6 from Sprint unlocked to work with T-Mobile and it worked great. All i had to do was set up an APN on the phone that I copied from one of my T-Mobile phones. Got LTE and working great.

Came to Africa
Came to Africa, found out my phone is locked for local service. Found trustpilot. Amazing service. Within 2 days phone is unlocked. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Had a fantastic experience using Unlock Authority. Customer service is unmatched, quick and awesome replies. Even messed my phone up after the process trying to do something on my own, came back on and helped me all the way through. Would use this service again any day! Thank you so much Unlock Authority!!
