The boxes themselves are great! However, if you live in AUSTRALIA be aware your boxes will almost always take a month but sometimes up to 6 weeks to arrive. Although I've enjoyed the boxes and the food that is in them (plus the booklets with info) I don't think I will repurchase after our subscription is up. The wait time is just far too long. Ebay and Amazon can both send me parcels within 7 days of ordering but Yum boxes always take 30 days+ which means you can't vote (there are voting cards inside the boxes) and are constantly wondering if the boxes are lost or just taking a long time.

This is really fun! And we don't even have kids. Four starts instead of 5 because it's somewhat expensive for the amount of treats you get, but it includes shipping, and a lot of fun additions to the actual snacks - trivia quizzes, other detailed information about the origin countries and about the snacks themselves. And some of the snacks are really great. Others are weird or not to our taste but isn't that sorta the point? - to experience what other cultures consider yummy, and sometimes that's really different than what Americans find yummy. So don't expect to love every item you get, but treat it as an adventure! Have gotten two boxes so far and no problems with shipping. Will likely continue to get new boxes if the "destination" country is interesting to us.

I don’t believe the positive reviews are legitimate. The snacks are horrible. I was given this very expensive gift as a Christmas present so can’t cancel it. I’ve had 6 disgusting boxes so far. It’s a nice idea and well presented but very cheap and nasty products.

After a bad first experience I decided to give it one more try. Glad I did. Got the smallest box they offer. I still got three bags of chips which once again is disappointing but I rather have the smaller portions then the five big bags like in the biggest box. I am going do a trial run and see what the next box is like. Hopefully the next box has a little more variety.

I'm only giving them 1 star because 0 stars isn't allowed. Horrible customer service!! My box from last month never arrived and rather than refunding my money and cancelling my subscription, as I requested....they just billed my card again!! Absolute fraud! Absolute SCAM. Now I've been billed twice and have absolutely no product from them. They are scum who should not be licensed as a business.

Signed up and got France as the first box. The mix of stuff was neat and fun, if a little underwhelming. Then we got the second box. France again. When we asked for the Scandinavian box that we were supposed to get, they said they were out and offered to let us keep the France box and give us a smaller size of the Brazil Box? I get they can't get the food returned, but why would I pay for the same thing twice? And how would a smaller version of something completely different than what we were supposed to get would make up for it? After 2 boxes, cancelled this trash.

Not worth the money they will maybe have one good snack if your lucky. Looks like they pick the cheapest snacks an ship them. Been trying to cancel my account but they won't respond or let me. Just got my France box😑 I got unflavored potatoe chips , sour Coca-Cola flavored chews. " Literally tastes like soured coke" pure butter biscutts.

Absolutely love this service. Signed up and the first box, Poland, arrived within a week. The box was packed full of a variety of chips, cookies, candy bars and candies. Generous proportions, great variety and everything was delicious! The box comes with a booklet that describes the history of the items plus fun information about various things in the country - a national forest, history of science, etc, plus a perogi recipe! My husband loved the box and he rarely shows interest in my subscription boxes. We had fun sampling the items and a week later we’re still snacking! I’ve already bumped my subscription to a larger box, and see why it was number one on a website that reviews and provides a list of subscription services. What a great way to try treats from different countries!!
