Unacceptable
I uploaded my new prescription only to receive an email notification that my old prescription had used a final refill. The new prescription never seems to have been recognized after two uploads, two emails with it attached, and two calls to customer support. I still don’t know the status! I have used UDS for several years problem free until now. In this particular instance, I would give a one star rating.
